Can trademark ownership details be changed in the future?

Yes. Two types of changes are possible after registration.

Administrative changes (name corrections, address updates) can be made directly with the IP office for a small fee. These do not affect the ownership of the trademark itself.

Full ownership transfers require a trademark assignment, signed by both parties and recorded with the IP office. The right to use the trademark commercially (without transferring ownership) can also be granted to a third party through a license agreement.
