Mobile applications are covered by Class 9; however, bear in mind you might need to consider additional classes to sufficiently protect your business.

For example, if your business involves selling clothes through an app, you might want to consider Class 25 for the clothes, Class 35 to cover the business and administration side, and Class 9 to cover the app itself. The final selection depends on what you do and how the app fits into a bigger picture.

If you are not sure what classes to select, you can try our Class Assist tool. Alternatively, you can fill out our form for a free lawyer's check, and our lawyers will prepare a list of tailored class recommendations.
