I have a registered LLC in US. Can I apply for trademark in France on my US LLC?

There are two general types of trademark owners: a physical person or a legal entity. If you wish to register your trademark under a legal entity (for example, LLC), the company does not have to be based in the EU or France.

Even if you were to use the services of a local representative to file your trademark application, your LLC would still be indicated as the owner of the trademark.
