Can I reapply for free if my trademark is dismissed?

Unfortunately, no. The fees paid to an intellectual property office are non-refundable, and if your trademark application gets dismissed, you'll have to reapply again, including paying new fees.

For this reason, intellectual property offices recommend applying with a trademark attorney to avoid the loss of fees paid.
