Trademark registration actually requires minimal documentation. The two documents needed are the trademark application itself and a signed Power of Attorney authorizing the legal representative to act on your behalf. Both are prepared by the representative and sent to you for review before filing.

You will be asked to supply the mark (your brand name, logo file, or both), your personal or company details, and the list of goods and services to be covered. No additional supporting documents are required at the filing stage in most jurisdictions.
