If you own a trademark, you have an exclusive right to use that mark in commerce. Should anyone breach that right, the trademark gives you options to enforce it legally, e.g., by sending a cease and desist letter, requesting a takedown, or even escalating matters to court. However, that trademark alone doesn't guarantee no one will copy your brand, either by accident or on purpose. It's your responsibility to be aware of infringement.

This is where trademark watch services come into play - they track trademark databases, business registers and other online channels for potential instances of infringement, so you can then use your trademark to protect your brand.
