Yes. An EU trademark (EUTM) is a single trademark registration that provides protection across all 27 EU member states. It is registered with the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) through one application and one set of fees.

EUIPO trademarks and nation-specific marks aren’t completely separate, as they coexist alongside one another in each country's own IP office. A national trademark covers only the country where it was registered; an EU trademark covers all 27 member states simultaneously.
