The chances that a third party might oppose your trademark depend on multiple factors. The first factor is the brand/product name. If there is a brand out there with an identical name as yours, operating in the same industry, the chances that you will receive opposition are very high.

Whether someone files an opposition also depends on the size of the company owning the trademark. Since trademark opposition might get very costly, the bigger the company, the higher the chances that the entity will proceed with the opposition. Generally, big corporations have dedicated teams of lawyers who oppose any brand that might infringe on their trademark. When it comes to physical entities, oppositions are less frequent.
