No. A UK trademark registration is only valid in the UK. Trademark rights are territorial; protection applies only in the countries where the mark is registered.

To protect your trademark in the Netherlands, you must file with the Benelux Office for Intellectual Property (BOIP). A BOIP registration covers Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg as a single territorial unit. It is not possible to file in the Netherlands alone; the Benelux is treated as one jurisdiction for trademark registration purposes.

Alternatively, an EU trademark registered with the EUIPO covers all 27 EU member states, including the Netherlands, through a single filing. If your priority markets include other EU countries beyond the Benelux, the EU trademark is typically more cost-efficient.
