If you wish to protect your kitchenware and kitchen tools with a trademark, the main class you can consider is Class 21. It includes tableware, cookware, containers, kitchen brushes and sponges.

Moreover, if you sell knives or cutlery, you can add Class 8, which includes cutlery, kitchen knives, and cutting implements for kitchen use.

Some additional classes that you might consider are:

  • Class 9 - kitchen scales, timers
  • Class 16 - kitchen paper rolls
  • Class 24 - kitchen linen and towels
