Do we need the trademark Class 35 to sell products on Amazon?

No. If you are selling your own branded products on Amazon, the relevant class is the one that covers your specific goods; Class 25 for clothing, Class 3 for cosmetics, Class 21 for kitchenware, and so on. Amazon Brand Registry enrollment requires a trademark in a class covering the goods you sell, not Class 35.

Class 35 is relevant if you operate as a reseller of other brands' products or run a marketplace that sells a range of brands. For a brand selling its own products, the product-specific class is the right choice.
