Yes. The goods and services covered by an EU trademark registration can be limited (narrowed) at any time after registration by filing a partial surrender or a limitation request with the EUIPO.

Narrowing the goods and services down can be useful if a dispute arises within a specific category of goods, or if your business simply stops operating in a specific area of goods and services. Just keep in mind, the limitation is permanent, so once goods or services are removed from the registration, they cannot be added back.
