If you don't respond to a trademark office action within the specified deadline, the office will consider your application abandoned. It also means you will lose all your filing fees already paid.

If your application is abandoned, you may have the option to file a new application. However, this means starting the process over, and it may not be an efficient or cost-effective solution.
