Once the trademark registration is in progress, will I be able to list my product on Amazon?

Yes. Listing products on Amazon does not require a trademark. You can list and sell without one. A trademark and Brand Registry enrollment are not prerequisites for Amazon selling, though they do provide significant additional protections and tools.

Once a trademark application is filed and a serial number issued, you can enroll in Amazon Brand Registry with that serial number, gaining access to Brand Registry's brand protection tools without waiting for full registration.
