Once the trademark registration is in progress, will I be able to list my product on Amazon?

First, we should point out that you don't necessarily need to get a trademark to list your products on Amazon. But that might require additional validation steps, plus a trademark (and, by extension, the membership in Amazon Brand Registry) gives you other benefits and helps protect your brand from infringement.

If you want to apply for a trademark, then yes, you'll be able to join the Brand Registry once your trademark application is filed with an intellectual property office and you receive a serial number - usually about a week or two after filing.
