Lívia is a Brazilian licensed attorney with a decade of experience managing IP portfolios in Brazil and abroad. Her background spans every stage of prosecution, from availability searches through appeals, as well as IP advisory in litigation. She has also negotiated complex IP-related agreements for national and multinational companies.

Besides her IP practice, Lívia has deep experience as a Diversity & Inclusion specialist. Outside of her legal work, she enjoys working out, reading and spending time with her cats.
