Yes, if you file your application on an intent-to-use basis, you can provide the specimen later. After the official filing, you will have 12 months to prove that you are actually using the trademark in business in the US market. You can extend this period further, but it is recommended to deliver this proof within 12 months.

Specimens may include a functional website, product packaging, banner, product photo, etc.
